Fire resistance of composite shear walls filled with demolished concrete lumps and self-compacting concrete

The recycling and reuse of waste concrete is conducive to promoting the sustainable development resources practicing concept green development. Demolished lumps (DCLs) self-compacting (SCC) made from take full advantage their recyclability. In order fully utilize advantages demolished in construction, applying composite shear wall structures an effective way reduce costs improve industrial production. this paper, a new filled with proposed, its fire performance investigated. combines edge constraints concrete-filled steel tubes, concrete. facilitate mass pouring lumps, cavity formed between tubes at ends precast walls on both sides. A double-sided tests was conducted three specimens constant axial compression ratio, where fire-retardant coating width-to-depth ratio were considered as main test parameters. able steadily withstand predetermined loads during resistance time 180 min showed good resistance. temperature variation trends section basically same. concealed column had significant effect tube, while increasing little effect. When 0.19, expansion stage within no occurred. results show that deformation sprayed outer surface smaller than without coating, infilled not affected by ratio.
